Inspiration

We brewed this German-style Helles with classic lager tradition in mind. It’s the kind of beer that doesn’t need much decoration: pale malt, refined bitterness, soft floral hops and a dry finish. Brewed in October, it naturally suits stein season, but it’s made for more than one moment.

Bright, refreshing and easy to settle into, it feels just as at home after a coastal walk in Dromana as it does around a full table in a German Bier Hall.

Tasting Notes

Pouring pale straw with a tight white head, this German-style Lager opens with delicate floral and herbal hop notes over light biscuit malt and fresh bread crust.

The palate is clean and finely balanced, with gentle malt sweetness giving way to a firm, refined bitterness.

Dry, snappy and refreshing through the finish, it leaves a subtle lingering spice that keeps it crisp and moreish. Classic in style, coastal in drinkability.
