Inspiration

We brewed this American Red Ale for the change in season, that point where cooler nights still call for malt depth, but longer days start asking for

something brighter.

Rich caramel malt and toasted grain bring warmth and structure, while classic American hops lift it with citrus, pine and freshness. It’s a beer made for shaking off winter without rushing into summer.

Balanced, flavourful and built for that in-between stretch by the coast.

Tasting Notes

Pouring a deep ruby red, this American Red Ale opens with caramelised malt, toasted biscuit and a bright hit of citrus-forward hops.

The palate is layered and balanced, with light crystal and Munich malt bringing depth, while Cascade, Amarillo and Centennial add grapefruit, pine and subtle resin.

A firm bitterness cuts through the malt sweetness, keeping the finish crisp, clean and refreshing.

Bold enough for cooler nights, bright enough for the season ahead.
