Inspiration

Born from the West Coast of the US, the California IPA is all about clarity, brightness and a firm, refreshing bitterness.

We’ve taken that foundation and brought it home to the Mornington Peninsula. Shaped by crisp coastal mornings, salt air and that first hit of freshness after an early beach walk. It’s a meeting point between two coasts.

Classic in style, but grounded in where we brew. Clean, sharp and built for the kind of days that start by the water and roll on from there.

Tasting Notes

Pouring bright pale gold, this Cali IPA opens with lifted aromas of citrus, mandarin, grapefruit and lime, backed by layers of mango and passionfruit.

The palate is crisp and focused, driven by a clean malt base that keeps everything sharp and refreshing.

A firm bitterness cuts through the fruit, delivering a snappy, dry finish with a light resin edge. Vibrant and zesty, it’s a modern West Coast expression, bright and refreshing.
